Poor customer service I made an appointment on a Friday to look at a particular car and also applied for pre-approved credit. I spoke to both a conceriege person and a loca I made an appointment on a Friday to look at a particular car and also applied for pre-approved credit. I spoke to both a conceriege person and a local employee. My appointment was for Sunday afternoon. I received an appointment reminder email from an employee on Sunday morning. Drove 100 miles round trip on Sunday only to find out when I arrived that the car had been sold on the previous day.  I never received any calls or emails alerting me that the car was no longer available. Total waste of my time and money. Overall this was some incredibly poor customer service. More
