Upon sitting down with Gary since Mike was busy after we started the process and we ready to buy we were told by Chase the sales manager he will not give a discount for this particular model. He said he can get someone else to buy it and will pay more than we offered. He was extremely rude. Did not budge. I will never return here. Even if he came down to my price I offered I am not sure if I would buy it due to his rudeness. He was not willing to do anything. It was even the end of the month. I am taking my business to another dealership who will not be rude and actually wants to sell a car. I had the money I was willing to purchase but due to his non professional ignorant manner I will make sure everyone I know will not shop here. Worst car experience of my life. I appreciate Mike H for everything he tried. He's the only reason I continued the conversation and tried to make it work. Chase needs to get more training on customer satisfaction. More
