Came looking for a vehicle on the and car lot. Our salesman Bob went on an on about how it was such a great idea to buy the car because, Lisa would never ever drive something that wasn't in great condition and that wouldn't be 100 % reliable. After a month and a half and 2,000 miles the transmission was TOTALLY SHOT and unrepairable and had to be replaced at a cost of $3,900, no warranty applied. Feel that buying a 2007 car with low miles it should work longer then 2,000 before MAJOR repairs are needed. Also when we took deliverance of the car as it was used by personnel it REALLY needed to be cleaned and it should have been cleaned out while we were doing the paperwork. It had coffee spills, dirty seats, sand in the back, crackers or chips on the floor etc. when we test drove I assumed that the car would be washed prior to deliverance. To the carwash to wash my newly purchased pre-owned car that cost over 10 grand....doesn't feel that great! More

After finding the used VW Beetle I have wanted for years on the Dyer dealership website, I called and talked to Joe Noach. He told us on the phone that it was a manual transmission before we drove 36 miles on the Dyer dealership website, I called and talked to Joe Noach. He told us on the phone that it was a manual transmission before we drove 36 miles from Melbourne. It just so happens that a manual is what I wanted! So I went to see the car, loved it after driving it around the lot and we went inside and made the deal. I am very pleased with everything and with Joe. He is a very polite and friendly salesman and tries to please a customer in any way he can. When the convertible top was leaking due to the back window coming loose, he helped us make a deal for a new top....and also a new dash mat. The dealership was honest when telling us they could glue the window back but it would only come loose again. We dropped off the car on Monday and picked it up on Friday and I feel like I have a brand new car instead of a 7 year old used car. I would definitely recommend Dyer Dealership and Joe Noach to my family and friends who are interested in buying a new or used car. They are very accommodating. Thank you!! More
