I am sorry that your experience was not as expected. I would like to speak concerning the tear in the seat. The delivery company that you contracted to come and pick up the vehicle from us in Texas and deliver to you in California gave us a signed form (which we sent you a copy of) when they picked up the vehicle, stating that there was nothing wrong with the car. Therefore, there is no debate between the delivery company and dealership as to who the responsible party is. Based on their own paperwork, that responsibility lies solely on the delivery company. Regarding your paperwork, you are correct, we did mail it and apparently it was lost in the mail, therefore we emailed you copies of all the forms. Again, we are sorry that your experience was not what any of us had desired.
