Only care about the sale!!! Up until the sale service was great. I purchased my vehicle out of state and boy where they helpful. They fedex'd my paperwork to the correct address, Up until the sale service was great. I purchased my vehicle out of state and boy where they helpful. They fedex'd my paperwork to the correct address, helped with delivery and of course ensured financing was in place......AND THEN it all went down hill. It has been two months since my purchase and we have not received our registration paperwork, license plates, and upon delivery there was a slight tear in the drivers seat. Brandi Gerhart, Nick Fletcher, Danny Villarruel have all received texts, emails and calls. I have spoken with Nick several times with very little being completed. After 45 days we just received an email of the countersigned paperwork. Odd they can find a way to overnight the paperwork for purchase but when it comes to us needing paperwork for validation of purchase or registration they paper work is lost, or supposedly has been sent but somehow hasn't made it to our home. Our temporary plates have now expired and my mother is now unable to drive it legally because Elliott Ford has decided to say I don't care about you once we got the deal. We are also waiting on a solution to the tear which is now a debate between the delivery company and the dealership. More
