Jose, Brian, Charlie and Mt Pleasant Burgers and Fries I was searching for a VW Beetle and came across several on Auto Trader, most of them in the Dallas area. I called several locations and really got ju I was searching for a VW Beetle and came across several on Auto Trader, most of them in the Dallas area. I called several locations and really got just a "See you when you get here response". When I called Elliott and talked to Jose, it was only minutes until I received a call. Telling them that I would be there in about three hours they told me they would pull the car around back to assure that it would be there. We arrived about noon and Brian was wonderful, great test drive and very reasonable price. Charlie handled financing, great rate and handled everything with my State Farm agency in Bossier. I can't emphasize how great the customer service was. The whole deal took about 90 minutes from the time we walked in the door (including test drive). My wife was hungry and on the way out, both Charlie and Brian had recommended Mt Pleasant Burger and Fries. After Jason found what I wanted, he called for me to come look at it. Jimmy Clark showed me the car I wanted & showed me all the bells & whistles. The day I picked my new Mustang up, Jimmy spent two hours again showing me ALL the features. He was wonderful. The one main thing Jimmy did towards the end of the tutorial was a prayer for me & my car & our safety. This shows me the wonderful type of car dealers that Elliott"s has on staff.
