Not sure. Truck was in to address an issue with clunk in driveline when putting in gear , oil change and state inspection. The truck still appears to makes c Truck was in to address an issue with clunk in driveline when putting in gear , oil change and state inspection. The truck still appears to makes clunk noise after they replaced the driveshaft which I'm sure they did because I can tell new part. Also not sure if they changed the oil because when I checked oil leave 2 miles from dealership while filling up with gas, right after picking up truck the oil was "black", also notice they did not replace the oil change sticker. At that time I called the advisor and he stated must be due to residue from old oil that resides when they do change...that didn't sit right with me, State inspection was done, but they didn't catch that the wiper blades were old and worn out. Only reason I bring this up was once when they inspected 2 years ago it it wouldn't pass because of wiper blades... The adviser also noticed when I dropped it off we needed to change the transmission fluid to my surprise because I maintained this truck per dealer specs and better...I can only assume that was done. I've been only servicing my truck at Elliot since new and have always been happy with service, but all this leaves me unsettled and no longer trusting the service department. I will not be bringing my truck to Elliot anymore. More

I called Kasey that morning and told him what I eas interested in. By the time I got there he had the keys ready and straight for a test drive.
