Unfortunately, we hear it all too often, and while no one is perfect, we do absolutely everything that we can to make sure every experience you have with Elliott Ford Lincoln is an excellent one. As you stated, Mark, Charlie and Jason are extremely knowledgeable and do an excellent job to make sure that you get what you want and need as well as how everything works. These days, vehicles have a ton of very nice features, but unless someone shows you how to use them, they are useless. This is just one of the places where these guys really knock it out of the park. I like that you were able to order the exact car that you wanted. A lot of folks don't realize that just because we may not have it on the lot at the moment, we have access to practically any new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM truck available for sale and will do everything that we can to get that perfect for you. I think you make some great points about how, even though your available time might be limited, we were able to work out a great deal for you on the truck you wanted. Mark is excellent at doing whatever he can to make sure that his clients are taken care of in a timely manner. In most cases, it really doesn't take all day to buy a vehicle. We have appraisers on site that will evaluate your trade in and quickly make you a quality offer.
