We looked up the car we wanted on their website and called to make sure it was there. The manager said he would pull it to the front of the building so we could test drive it when we got there. We only had to wait a few minutes before Brian Vaseleck took us on the test drive. We ended up buying the car, and Charlie Wilbanks was very friendly and quick processing the paperwork. A few weeks later when I got the plates and title receipt in the mail I noticed my middle name was wrong. I called Brian Vaseleck immediately since he said to call him if we had any questions or needed anything at all. He was able to resolve the issue with the tag and title office for me. He has been super helpful and professional during the entire process. The sales team is not pushy at all and the price and trade-in value was very fair. He was so nice and professional to answer all our question's. He was honest about every one. We had much trust in talking to him and went a head and started the procedure's to purchase the used truck unseen. We have never bought a used truck unseen. He called and kept us informed of each step, and returned every call professionally. He also said that we were not obligated to purchase the truck if it was not to our liking. Brian was very clear about the truck and it was much nicer than we expected in person. Elliott Ford Lincoln is where you need to buy you vehicle.
