After years of taking my vehicles for service to EAG I had mostly good experiences. I have two Jeep Grand Cherokees and a Dodge pu. Yesterday I had a bad experience. They held my vehicle over a week. After a phone call they texted me a quote, $800 more than originally quoted. I took it to another dealership and they quoted the original amount. They did not treat me like a valued customer of many years. I am truly disappointed. More
