Hats off to the Service Department. We had an emergency, we had lost valuable documents under the console and we only had a few hours before we needed to use those documents. We know how busy they are and thought they could never have enough time to help us. They made room for us and within minutes they were able to get into the console and recover the lost documents. They really saved our bacon................oops, not that bacon. We have always been able to depend on them for the best service (20 years). A huge thank you to Kevin (service Mgr.) for giving us the help we needed and to Rick (A+ Tech) for his expert knowledge and skill. The very best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! Everything was done over the phone in one day and my 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat was delivered 300 miles to my house the very next day.
