I rarely write reviews, good or bad. I have been buying vehicles from Eagle for over 25 years. I have never had any kind of problem with sales, finance or service. No idea what is going on there but that has all changed. First of all, it appears that they have completely replaced the people who work there. Not only have they been replaced, they have not been replaced with people of the same professionalism. I was notified by mail of a recall. Pretty serious one that may involve fire in the engine. I made an appointment and brought my car in. Once I arrived, I was told by the people behind the service desk that they COULD NOT provide the recall inspection. (I took a day off from work, drove over a half an hour and had a ride meet me there.) When I inquired as to why I was not told that BEFORE I rearranged my day, I was told “my bad”. She then gave me a piece of paper to put my name and number on and said she would call as soon as the software came in. That was May 5th. Almost 3 months ago. In the meantime, I have taken my car to a different dealer, closer to me and they have taken care of it. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using or recommending Eagle. They have lost a faithful customer. More
