Seems like they just don't want to sell cars. Bought a used Jeep compass. The delivery was screwed up. Wrote a review and got a call from the salesperson asking me to re-write my review as he m Bought a used Jeep compass. The delivery was screwed up. Wrote a review and got a call from the salesperson asking me to re-write my review as he might lose his job I did re-write it. Noticed when the car was delivered that the tire stem caps were changed from green (meaning nitrogen installed which I was charged 95.00 for) to silver. Called dealership and they said they did not have any silver caps. They said its S.O.P. to change the air in used cars. Today my supervisor went to buy a new vehicle for our company, He had made an appt.to look at the truck- the salesperson did not show. They did find another salesperson only to be told that the vehicle had been promised to someone else later that day. More
