Chris was very personable. My only issue with the dealership in general was how difficult it was to get status updates. First, after waiting a couple of weeks for a part on o My only issue with the dealership in general was how difficult it was to get status updates. First, after waiting a couple of weeks for a part on order, I'd called and left messages a couple of times to get updates on the status of that order. When I received no responses to my messages, I stopped by the dealership in person to check and finally find out that the part had been received. Then, on the day of installation, I was told it would only take about an hour to complete the job. I was even asked if I wanted to wait there for it but I had another commitment, so I just left the vehicle there. Over three hours after my appointment time, I still hadn't heard anything from the dealership as to whether my vehicle was ready or not. As it was nearing closing time, I finally called, only then to find out that the vehicle was ready. I really would've appreciated better communications. More
