I searched the Earl Stewart Toyota of NPB website and found the 2026 Tacoma I wanted. There was no guessing about the price of the truck. I spoke with Steven Silverstein one afternoon about the purchase I would like to make. We set up a convenient time that weekend and I was the proud owner in under two hours. It was an incredible dealership experience. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Earl Stewart Toyota in NPB. My parents have also purchased a car from Earl Stewart. The service department at this dealership is also top notch. My 2015 Sienna gave me 176,000 miles of enjoyment. Toyota is a great car brand and their repeat customers tell the true story. This dealer was recommended by a friend who used them a year ago and had a positive experience. Well they’re going to be sad when I share my experience. After 5 days of phone tag I finally spoke with an ag year ago and had a positive experience. Well they’re going to be sad when I share my experience. After 5 days of phone tag I finally spoke with an agent. Needless to say he was less than enthusiastic. I explained I needed an OTD quote because I was out of town. His response bury verbally and later in an email was we don’t have dealer fees so just take the advertised price and add tax and tags. Seriously? I was super disappointed. No personalization or energy to do anything. I rated two stars because at least he returned my call. More

From the minute I walked in, I felt that the staff was not pushy at all in me buying a car which I had experience in the past in car dealers. My sales person name was Steven and he took his time to liste not pushy at all in me buying a car which I had experience in the past in car dealers. My sales person name was Steven and he took his time to listen to what I was looking for and he was honest, he was very knowledgeable and never ever pushy for me to buy a car. The financial person was also so kind and helpful and the tech girl Yoyo was very patience and took her time to walk me through all the computer features of the car. I loved my car and I am very thankful that I end up going to Earl Stewart Toyota dealer. The best is that the price on the sticker is the price you are going to pay for your car no extra fees like dealers always do. More
