We knew the exact Highlander trim and color that we wanted to buy so we traveled to several Toyota dealerships throughout South Florida and just did not feel comfortable at each due to inflated dealer wanted to buy so we traveled to several Toyota dealerships throughout South Florida and just did not feel comfortable at each due to inflated dealer fees (some in excess of $10K), and the typical "car salesman" approach and attitude. Very depressing how most dealers are price gouging the popular models. We drove to Earl Stewart and immediately felt comfortable with both the site and our salesman Jeanty Although they did not have what we wanted on the lot, a shipment was due at the end of March which contained just the perfect Highlander trim, color, etc. Jeanty put our name to the Highlander, it arrived, we drove and bought in less than an hour. We knew the price ahead of time which was exactly the price we paid.....no hassle or stress. As far as we are concerned, Earl Stewart is our dealership from now on. I cannot express how happy we are with the Highlander and the process involved to buy. More
