Helped my mother purchase a 2020 Corolla from Earl Stewart. She had been talking to the salesman Courtney on the phone. They have no haggle pricing, but based on her zip, tag transfer etc he gave her Stewart. She had been talking to the salesman Courtney on the phone. After having a horrible experience at a different dealer we went to see Courtney and checkout the Corolla he had. He patiently waited for us as we were pretty far away and it was almost closing time. He showed us the car, let us take it for a drive and everything was exactly has described. We braced for the paperwork to come out with the price, it was exactly what he had quoted her on the phone. No games, no bs. Filled out credit app and financing actual came back better than the estimate she had gotten from the local credit union so that was a plus. We were literally done with that part in 30min. We had to wait for the finance guy to finish up with some other people, that took a little while but my mother had to get her insurance setup anyways so it was fine. Finance guy was no pressure. He showed her the usual extended warranty, tire warranty etc packages, but did not try to sell her at all. Just told her if she wanted any, she said no (she knows not to buy that anyways) , no problem just sign that you decline. Done. Overall the experience at Earl Stewart was great and what every car buying experience should be! If you don't account for the time we had to wait for the finance guy to finish (he was the only one there so late) it probably took an hour or less from start to finish. We liked it so much I actually ended up buying a second Corolla for myself a few weeks later. We have also had a good experience with the service department so far on basic oil changes and tire rotations. More
