Marlene made an appointment the same day and accommodated my schedule, even though the time I picked meant she had to stay past her day's end. There was zero pressure and the price was $2,000 less than any of the other dealers. The casual, but professional atmosphere immediately made me want to do business with Earl Stewart Toyota, so the next day I called Marlene and told her to go ahead and order the car of my choice.
