I went for regular service and was out in less than 1 hour. On top of it I got my car washed and a coupon for a free wash. Could not take advantage of it since they washed the car and live too far for a next time. This is my 2nd car from this dealer and it won't be my last. Prior to visiting Earl Stewart Toyota, I shopped around at many other dealerships. I experienced high-pressure salesman, ridiculous dealer fees, and dealerships that lied about their online prices. One sal at many other dealerships. I experienced high-pressure salesman, ridiculous dealer fees, and dealerships that lied about their online prices. One salesman actually told me, “we only post those prices online to get people through the door. Otherwise no one would come in.” That was his defense to adding approximately $4000 to the online sticker price after I traveled almost 1 hour to visit the dealership! Disgusting! My experience at Earl Stewart Toyota was completely different. The price I saw online was the price they told me when I walked through the door. There were no dealer fees and they offered me a fair price for my trade-in (they were also the only dealership that didn’t degrade my car in order to offer me a lower price for it) The entire staff was very professional. They made my car buying experience pleasant and stress-free! My salesman, Brian Casey went above and beyond in regards to customer service. After inspecting the vehicle prior to purchase, I noticed a few scratches on the bumper and sides of the car. He promised that the dealership would fix it and arranged for me to have a rental car after I bought the car at no extra charge while they repaired it. I would recommend Earl Stewart Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! I am thoroughly impressed! More
