Very disappointed On February 2nd 2019 at 11am i went to earl stewart toyota to look a new lease on Toyota, i walk into the door ask for anyone in sales. so i had chris On February 2nd 2019 at 11am i went to earl stewart toyota to look a new lease on Toyota, i walk into the door ask for anyone in sales. so i had chris vogel who did help, i told him i wanted a toyota corolla xle all black on black when i was in the garage looking for the car. he ask me most uncomfortable question about my scar on my arm. that was one of one most unprofessional comments to ask a customer. then another question was very personal appearance was if my breast were real or fake. this one of most unprofessional sales person i've ever dealt. this matter. I told him that was none of his business. please let me test drive the car. not win a date with me, ask me most awkward question. so when i left the dealership i was very disgusted with chris. he lost a sale over this.i bought another car some where else. i did speak to josh stewart about this matter on 2/4 he was very nice and listen to my experience. i've address the matter to josh stewart regarding this matter with his employee. Josh did listen my side of story. josh was very nice and he understood where i was coming from. maybe in the future i will buy a car from earl stewart in the future. More
