I How does it take over two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation when you have an appointment? That is the question I ask every time I am here. I got here at 6:30 am. My appointment was got 7 am. Allegedly I also needed new tires (which are free if I keep bringing my car here, so I suffer for free tires). They decided at 8:30 am that I didn’t need tires. That’s right, 2 hours after I got here. And I still wait. Of course, I am late for work because everywhere else they are through in 20 minutes. Once again, very bad customer service in service center! More

Damaged vehicle, damaged reputation Earl Stewart Toyota couldn't deliver my new 2018 Toyota Tundra on time so they shipped it to me in Pennsylvania. The vehicle arrived damaged and was m Earl Stewart Toyota couldn't deliver my new 2018 Toyota Tundra on time so they shipped it to me in Pennsylvania. The vehicle arrived damaged and was missing the extra set of wheels that were supposed to be included. They told me to get an estimate of damage and after I provided it to them they changed their story and told me that I had to go after the shipper that they hired myself. The shipper (RH Auto Transport) refuses to pay or turn into their insurance company. Now Earl Stewart wont return my phone calls. I found out that the sales manager (Jason) is friends with the shipper. Worst experience of car buying in my life. My 4th Toyota truck purchase in a row and now likely my last. Do NOT buy from Earl Stewart Toyota! More
