Terrible service I have purchased two Toyotas from Earl Stewart Toyota and have had each one serviced there. After waiting over an hour and a half I am told that I nee I have purchased two Toyotas from Earl Stewart Toyota and have had each one serviced there. After waiting over an hour and a half I am told that I need 3 new tires and that it will take another hour and a half to have the tires installed. Three hours for tires!!! I had an appointment! This is a Wednesday not a weekend day. The service manager had an attitude with me in the waiting room in front of other customers. Not the great customer service I expect from Earl Stewart Toyota at all. More

I saw an Internet price for a 2017 Toyota tundra and called the dealership to inquire as to the availability. I was told by Dennis Mullen the Internet sales representative that the truck was indeed available and that I should come down and discuss it with him. Within two hours I purchased the 2017 Toyota Tundra for the exact same price that was advertised over the Internet and the experience was not only pleasant but far different from the Toyota dealer just to the north of them. I would recommend Earl Stewart Toyota anyone looking to buy a new Toyota in the near future. More
