However, I question their service department. I brought my car in for its first inspection/tire rotation (this does not include an oil change). I asked them to also check the rear view mirror because it was very loose. After waiting an hour and a half (with an appointment), my car was finished. They did not fix the mirror. And i highly doubt anything was checked. 2 weeks after this appointment, my tire pressure was low. I don't think they checked anything to be honest. Not to mention, the service guy was very rude and frustrated. More

While waiting for the estimate we were approached by Karol Wilkins, she identified herself as being a member of the VIP team. We were invited to her office and she explained the concept of the VIP team and gave us full details of the advantages being offered on trading in our 2008 Prius and getting a 2015 Prius. We went home and discussed our options and decided to take the plunge and get a new one. Throughout the entire transaction Karol was patient, informative and extremely helpful, even when I had to call her twice and ask her to retrieve items we had left in the old car. As always the attention, and good customer service made the entire transaction a pleasure. Good work Karol, and our extreme gratitude. June and Gustave Malan More

We ended up replacing with another Corolla and had two very positive experiences. First, we left without purchasing because our then-current lease did not expire for a couple of weeks. Jon offered no complaint, understood, and believed our assurances that we would be back for the terms he had recited to us, not the response we have had in the past at other dealerships when we attempted to leave without a purchase deal. Second, we were out of the dealership within 30 minutes of entering. When we stopped by to complete the deal several days later Jon remembered us and had prepared a couple of vehicles for our inspection based on what we had told him on our first visit. We were out of the dealership in just over one hr. AMAZING! It's all been positive since then as well. We love our FIFTH EARL STEWART TOYOTA lease; it is a terrific car, the dealership has been in contact several times since then and even fed us dinner in the shop along with a bunch of other satisfied customers. We will be back for another car in a year and hope Jon is available then, as well. More

As advertised - Amazing I'm old. Know my way around buying and selling cars. Deal started on true car (they dealt on that price). Basically emails, couple phone calls,showed I'm old. Price was the price(best price i found).Trade in was FAIRLY priced! At least 25% over three other dealers I visited( Sure I could have gotten them up 10- 20% after another hour or two and visit by assist mgr or mgr. God I hate that. Prolly would have done away with some of that through some other bogus fee.)Dealer fees?- its true, they don't have any. Patricia Oliphant was my sales rep. She was knowledgeable and with it and couldn't have been nicer. Best experience Period. MORE than fair on some late add ons from parts dept. too. I'll go back. Hope the service department is this good. More

New Highlander Experience I was very pleased to work with Dewey Ball and Brian Casey in purchasing my new 2015 Highlander last week.
