Beginning with my salesperson, Mark Davis, the experience was very different from any car shopping experience I've had. Mark was friendly, confident without being aggressive, walked me all over the lot in 90 degree heat, explaining all the bells and whistles of the newer technology. I came in with an 11 yr old Honda Odyssey (as I said, I really hated car shopping), so all these features are new to me. Mark patiently explained and demonstrated all of it. When I left, there was no pressure pitch. - just a polite "thanks for coming in, call if I can be of assistance". When I did return to purchase the car, Mark didn't drop the ball after I signed the contract. He set up my Bluetooth and navigation and also tried to identify and locate options for short notice shipping of my car to NY. What a class act. I took it for a drive and decided to buy, he was very patient and did not pressure me like other dealerships would. The paperwork was done very fast and from the time I walked in to driving out was under 2 hours. Since then I have called Jon and he has answered all my questions right away and I even got a ding in the car and he has offered to get a quote from pictures. This was the easiest car I have ever bought and I would definitely go back to Jon again. More

There was no pressure and Jeanty made the experience easy and transparent. This was the first time that I purchased a car by only visiting one dealership. The customer service protocol at Earl Stewart is the best. Everyone from the sales staff to the management staff to the reception etc. was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
