I haven't stopped smiling since I bought the gorgeous Nautical Blue 2013 Corolla LE, and I can't stop telling everyone what a life-changing event this has been for me. I have been tooting your horn for ever since. During my visit I experienced every phase of Earl Stewart Toyota possible. I didn't buy the car I came to see and have driven a 5-speed for over 20 years and switched to an automatic! Paul Dehart was the perfect salesman for me and to me. We worked very well together to bang out my deal and he was tireless, patient and gracious. Then came Lenny . . . ! Lenny is the perfect business manager — he is a fast talker but I understood every word especially when he said "sign here, sign here and sign here and here" for almost an hour. He is efficient and really knows his stuff and together we got it done and done right. Officially meeting Earl Stewart was a real thrill. We had a good chat and when he handed me his business card with his home number, he made me feel that l am the only one who has it. And, he told me to call him if ever I needed him. He signed my copy of his book and we parted but I came back in less than a minute and told him that after the window tinting, my car needed to be washed again. His son, Josh, was there and took complete charge. Before they could return my car to me, Paul Dehart came to me to apologize for not checking the car before releasing it to me. What a nice thing to do! During the time I waited in the Lounge, I could see that every employee is remarkable. I saw how Service people treated customers and I talked to the new Cashier when I bought Earl's book and I visited the Accessory Department and the lady there was very helpful. I was also impressed by one women who called out to me by my name! The Receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful each time I came to the showroom. Mary in the Prius sales area told me that there is a two or three story garage on top of the building. I that was so interesting! I would not have know that if I hadn't talked with Mary. To a person, everyone did a great job and I can't stop telling everybody I see what a great experience it was for me and that I love my new Toyota. More

I live up north and come to FL Jan-Mar. I brought my car here for the last 2 years for service and I am in awe at the organization you have in place. And I can't say this about any other dealership that I have brought my vehicle for service, I ENJOY your lounge area, you really go above and beyond to treat your customers well. I just said to my husband that when we need to get another car, I plan on buying it from Earl Stewart, even though I live 1500 miles away! I guess that tells you how much I think of your dealership.
