Mr. Stewart, Thank you for the thorough follow-up of my complaint. As I mentioned during our conversation earlier I have built a relationship with this dealership through the years and trust your word, Mr.Johnson's, and Mr.Felder's that this will never happen again.I appreciate the efforts collectively taking place to maximize overall customer satisfaction in the future and prevent these things from reoccuring. Additionally, I sincerely believe,after speaking with the service tech this morning, that this occurences was an oversight and not "common practice".
