I took my 13 year old Camry into Earl Stewart Toyota when the A/C stopped working. I told (Steve) in Customer Service that if a major component was bad, I wanted it back. A few hours later, Steve came out the A/C stopped working. I told (Steve) in Customer Service that if a major component was bad, I wanted it back. A few hours later, Steve came out into the customer service lobby, to tell me my blower motor was bad. I authorized the work for $640.00 (approx.). When checking out, I asked for the bad blower motor, and he would not provide it back. That part costs $130-$140 all day long, and it's three screws, and five minutes to change it. I got screwed royally. I will never use Earl Stewart again. Too bad, I am in the market for a new Toyota. Somebody else will get my business. More

Service advisors A few weeks ago my check engine light comes on I head straight to the dealer pay for a diagnosis and was informed I had to leave my vehicle till the next day due to the tech was not able to figure out the diagnosis problem when I returned the next day I was informed that the ECM/PCM was bad for the tech to figure this out he had to contact toyota head quarters to get assistance with the issue. I was given a quote to repair the vehicle of almost $1800 I was very upset due to my vehicle bring a 2018 has on 68000 miles. I then took it upon my self and contacted toyota head quarters to see if I could get some kind of help to repair my vehicle due to me being a single mother once I contacted toyota a case was initiated and was supposed tescalated immediately I was informed that i would be contacted back within 48 hrs (Mya) was so helpful. 48 hours go by i did not receive any contact from head quarters the following day I called them back and was informed by the agent that the ECM/PCM was under warranty until 80,000 miles but I should still receive a call back from someone in the resolutions department the following day i received a call back and was informed that the agent that gave me the information about the warranty was incorrect those parts are not covered she informed me that they could only discount the repair by $750. I explained to the agent that I would still be responsible for over $1000 and at this time I do not have that kind of money she stated to me that's all they can do to assist me and she would send the information over to Earl Stewart. I remembered that Mr Stewart advertises if you call I would be available to speak with him directly I then called the dealership and the call was transfered to him he did not answer but he sent me a text stating he was in a meeting immediately respond and requested that he contact me back about my vehicle this was on 7/2/24 today is 7/6/24 and I still have not received neither a text or call back (bad business). On 7/3/24 I received a call from Michael and he informed me that the part was finally in stock and I should bring my vehicle in to have it repaired and I would be charged under $300 I'm not sure if head quarters ended up covering the cost of the part but whomever did my kids and my self are greatly appreciated but there should be no way I should even come out of pocket for anything due to my cars has very low mileage and only 6 yrs old I have owned toyotas all my life and they have run over 200000 miles and never had an issue like this . Earl Stewart toyota is one of the best dealerships around but this issue here makes me have second thoughts. More

I never expected the service I received yesterday 12/27. The Tint on my rear view mirror puckered and when I called Ricardo picked up the phone and told me to come on into the tint department. He said all my windows would be fixed and at no charge. My car is s 2015 Camry, which I love. Never did I expect Ricardo to drive me home and return my car to me washed and looking brand new. Don't do service there! !! Be aware!!!! They change original parts to something else. After I got my routine service there, I found out that they changed my original metalli !! Be aware!!!! I went to talk to Service advisor Randy Deppen who did maintenance for my car and of course he refused it that they changed it and said it's not a big deal. Well IT IS a big deal!!!! If they changed small thing that I could easily see than which original parts did you change that I can't see???? I went to talk to Service manager Mark Feltman he start saying that it wasn't them of course. I said than look at your cameras and check if your mechanic did it or not. He refused it by saying to me "Don't tell me what to do". Excuse me??? It's YOUR job to check if everything goes smoothly at your department and that your clients are happy!!! Manager Mark Feltman doesn't care about his clients at all and doesn't know how to talk to them to make them less worry about the incident. He just opened door for me and said "Bye". Is that how manager supposed to deal with his clients issues??? He was sure that they didn't do that, than if you SO sure mr.Feltman than prove me I'm wrong with videos that you didn't do that!!!! It's that simple!!!! But no, you just don't care what's going on in your department. Also Randy Deppen tried to sell me services that I supposed to get for free. He knew I had Platinum Guard Cover but still tried to sell oil and rotation to me. When I said I have Platinum. He said "oh right I saw it". If you saw it why you selling me those services???? More
