Very disappointed I go to other Toyota dealers for service and I have to say that Stuart charges you WAY more!! The response that I got when I asked the service rep , I go to other Toyota dealers for service and I have to say that Stuart charges you WAY more!! The response that I got when I asked the service rep , was that it is a franchise ........ whatever that means The prices should be equal!!! Very disappointed , and normally what should take and hour to do ( oil change ) tool over 2 :( Would not recommend More
Delay in Service I am in today for my 20,000 mile service and this is the 2nd time my was not taken back to be service until 50 minutes after my appointment time. Why I am in today for my 20,000 mile service and this is the 2nd time my was not taken back to be service until 50 minutes after my appointment time. Why do I need to get up so early for a 6:40 appointment and not have my car serviced until 7:30. I have bought 6 cars from this dealership since 2008 and the service department keeps getting worse. Also, why do I have to clean out my car (paper floor mats and service number hanging from the mirror, and pull the tag off of my key chain? More

My appointment was got 7 am. Allegedly I also needed new tires (which are free if I keep bringing my car here, so I suffer for free tires). They decided at 8:30 am that I didn’t need tires. That’s right, 2 hours after I got here. And I still wait. Of course, I am late for work because everywhere else they are through in 20 minutes. Once again, very bad customer service in service center! More

We were previous GMC owners but became disappointed with the performance of our various cars over the past 4 years. We had a great experience with our salesman, Bary, and with the dealership in general. Between our 3 vehicles we have been to the service department a total of 8 times for regular maintenance every 5,000 miles. The first time that we took our truck for service we were so pleasantly surprised at the efficient customer service from the moment that we pulled up in the service lane. The entire experience was a pleasure as were the following 5 visits. However, something has changed. Our last 3 visits have been disappointing. The check in is very disorganized and chaotic. Not sure if there has been a cut in the number of employees, a change in the process, or if it has been a fluke. The actual service and time of service is satisfactory, just very disappointed in the overall experience. Reminds me of Schumacher's service department - that's not a good thing. More

The waiting area is big and I loved the computer room... my son was able to do his homework there while we were waiting so I felt that I didn't waste anytime ! I got a coupon for a free car wash !!! That's a plus 😄 I'm definitely coming back here. More
Terrible service I have purchased two Toyotas from Earl Stewart Toyota and have had each one serviced there. After waiting over an hour and a half I am told that I nee I have purchased two Toyotas from Earl Stewart Toyota and have had each one serviced there. After waiting over an hour and a half I am told that I need 3 new tires and that it will take another hour and a half to have the tires installed. Three hours for tires!!! I had an appointment! This is a Wednesday not a weekend day. The service manager had an attitude with me in the waiting room in front of other customers. Not the great customer service I expect from Earl Stewart Toyota at all. More

With ownership and lease of 2 cars I have been service client of Earl Stewart Toyota for more than 12 years... Always triple a service experience.... And one of the best waiting areas I have ever spent time in before!! So why it has taken me so long to write a review shame on me....! Advisors always listen, then document service needed, report back results keep me informed of progress and estimate time needed to perform service, also estimated cost.... Recently, service advisors advised me and performed repair to tire on the spot.... No charge this time.... I do not mind paying for the quality of service I have always gotten... Will and Jon are keepers! More
