No one seems to care I bought a Certified Toyota Prius c in December of 2015. When I brought it in for my scheduled maintenance, I was told that I would have to get my tir I bought a Certified Toyota Prius c in December of 2015. When I brought it in for my scheduled maintenance, I was told that I would have to get my tires rotated (at a cost of $20 every time) and get my oil changed (at a cost of $89) I've tried several times to get an answer to my service question, and not one person there has given me an answer. My question : "Why am I being forced into getting an oil change with full synthetic oil when I haven't driven 6,000 miles? And why was I told by "D" that it would void my 'tires for life" warranty. Is it just that no one knows the answer to this? The oil change is $89 and I only drive about 4,000 miles a year. More

Buying Experience Fantastic..Service Experience Not SO Much This was the best car buying experience ever! The people in sales are wonderful. Jeanty was so friendly. However, I question their service department. I brought my car in for its first inspection/tire rotation (this does not include an oil change). I asked them to also check the rear view mirror because it was very loose. After waiting an hour and a half (with an appointment), my car was finished. They did not fix the mirror. And i highly doubt anything was checked. 2 weeks after this appointment, my tire pressure was low. I don't think they checked anything to be honest. Not to mention, the service guy was very rude and frustrated. More

I worked with Karol Wilkins who took me through the process with efficiency and courtesy. We discovered we had common interests, and she took the time to get to know me as a person, not just hustle me through. Everyone was cordial, seemed relaxed, and couldn't have been more helpful. Karol worked very hard to get me a deal I could afford, and I am thrilled with my car. I would--and have--recommended this dealership to many people since I got my new car. And I will definitely go back! (And although I went there for an airbag replacement, after I drive their beautiful loaner car for a week, I could not resist getting one for myself!) More
Went in for service and found out that we had a crack in the right rear rim And also the beam was bent in our 2011 Corolla. This would cost $2300 In repair. Steve Goldberg was very friendly and efficient, from the moment I called to set up an appointment to the time when I picked up my car when the service was completed. The service on my car was completed much quicker than I expected and I was very pleased with Steve, as always. More
