I always take my truck in for any service and always am kept up to date on anything my trucks needs done or will be needing done in the near future, Stacey was my service advisor and was great help on my l kept up to date on anything my trucks needs done or will be needing done in the near future, Stacey was my service advisor and was great help on my last service trip there. I have a modified wheelchair van and Nanette in service scheduling went out of her way to get me in the following morning. Josh, my service rep was great as well. Since I am unable to get into their courtesy shuttle, I waited there (4 hours) and the waiting area is very nice. Marvin, the concierge makes sure everyone is comfortable or brings them coffee and water if needed. Wish more employees were wearing masks. More

Commercial settings pin on my 2018 ram 3500 that I bought used from York Dodge in 2019 was changed by previous owner and was not reset by selling dealer. Everything online indicated to take to any Dodge dealer and they will give you the pin for free. Not Earnhardt Dodge, they want to charge labor to give me the pin code to my own truck. Earnhardt’s solution was to either pay them or make the 4 hour round trip to York Dodge who will reset the pin for free. Service Manager Daryl is not customer first and does not follow the Earnhardt motto on the website to “Treat every customer like they are your mama” I’m sure if Tex Earnhardt’s mama needed the commercial settings pin Daryl would do it for free, but not for me. Earnhardt's gets a big MISS for customer service. No, it's not to make an appointment to leave your car for 24hrs before someone can tell you what the problem is. We make an appointment so someone can te it's not to make an appointment to leave your car for 24hrs before someone can tell you what the problem is. We make an appointment so someone can tell you the problem in about 1-1.5 hours, if possible. Very aggravating to show up at the service desk to find this out. If you take your car here, plan on dropping it off for at least 24 hours before you find out what needs to be fixed, and a cost estimate. More
