We weren't looking to buy that day, just test drive and if we were happy with the service and offered a reasonable deal would have returned to buy/further negotiate. However, they must have thought we were either insane or extremely stupid, because they attempted to sell us a Fiesta SE (MSRP about $15,500) with the only add-ons being an alarm and tinting, for $21,000 ($24,000 out the door) with a "great" interest rate of like 5% or 6%. And no, they would not come down on that price, it was the best they could do. Laughable. The other issue was that they would not accept that we weren't buy *that day* and held onto the driver's license much longer than needed to keep us there as well as continuing to try to pressure us into buying that day after we made it clear that was not going to happen. I understand that they want to make the sale and they don't want to let customers go, but the way they handled it just ensured that we would never come back. I very rarely bother to write reviews either, but our experience there was so bad, that I felt the need to warn other people! We ended up purchasing a Focus at the Camelback Ford dealership for well under that and had a much better experience. More
Never NEVER, go to this dealership, it's like your were put in jail and interrogated for hours, They only offer 20% of the value of your trade in. They won't give up trying to sale you what you don't want of need till you break and give in just to get away, They take your keys of your trade in and do not give them back and after telling them a dozen times no, they still insist you buy their vehicle, First don't buy a Ford, I tried 4 of them in the past 10 years, 2 leases 10 years ago and 3 just this month, none was accept cable vehicles, except the F150 was ok, I actually lost about10 to 13 thousand dollars by not being satisfied with the vehicle and trading till I gave up and went back to Dodge/Chrysler. Yes it can be said my fault for giving into them, but I had hope they could make it right, I was wrong, and the way they treat you at Earnhardt Ford compared to others is ridiculous, however Ford In Ohio operates about the same Way, needless to Say ,, I will never step foot on a Ford lot again. Oh yes, they also make you check in and out at the gate, you can not just drive in and look around without supervision treat you like a crook. More

I went Earnhardt Ford to have recalled lug nuts replaced on my car. After I had a 2 hour inspection 3 days earlier. The service advisor called and said the ordered replacement lug nuts were in and I could on my car. After I had a 2 hour inspection 3 days earlier. The service advisor called and said the ordered replacement lug nuts were in and I could come in anytime and get them replaced. So I made an appointment for 9:00 A.M. Monday morning. I arrived at Earnhardt Ford at 8:45 thinking I might get a head start on the service and get out a little sooner so I would have plenty of time to get to my 11:00 A.M. appointment. At 10:25 my vehicle had not been serviced and was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the next available lift to open. After complaining to the service manager my vehicle was finally completed. I was able to get out of there by 10:50. My question is: What is the purpose of an appointment if now one can keep it? Doctors are one thing but service on a vehicle is something else. These people need to take some time management classes! I will never go to Earnhardt Ford again for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. I should have brought a lunch! More
Worse dealer I have ever dealt with. After not being able to work a deal I had left and went shopping at other dealerships. Had a call from Earnhardt waiting for me at home when I arrived (a few hours later) to work a deal I had left and went shopping at other dealerships. Had a call from Earnhardt waiting for me at home when I arrived (a few hours later) saying they would do the deal that I was asking for. Drove back into the dealership, after I arrived they just wanted to negotiate more! Ugh!! Finally go the deal they called and told me I had after another hour, why?? Anyway part of the deal included new 17" wheels for the Mustang I was purchasing vs. the stock 16" they created a "We Owe" document and originally just put "swap wheels" in the document. After I insisted that it said 17" bullit they relented and put that in there as well. Next day (Monday) I brought the vehicle back to their service department to have my wheels replaced. They took the car and brought it back with different 16" wheels on it (cheaper ones than they took off). I told them that they were supposed to put the 17" wheels on, the guy argued with me and said he couldn't do it. I produced the "We Owe" document. That caused him to go get the sales manager who proceded to explain to me that they couldn't put the 17" wheels. I told him that he needed to otherwise he would be talking to an attorney. Finally (after 3 hours there) they replaced the cheap wheels with the correct ones. Long story short, don't trust a dealer that pairs you with a sales agent as you pull in and has tire shredders to prevent you from running away. More

I purchased a new 2011 Flex and was promised a factory hitch package to be added. They put on an aftermarket one that required they drill the frame. It was banged up, crooked and shimmed poorly. I fought with them to deliver what they promised and finally got them to agree to do the right thing (or so I thought). They put on the Ford hitch and 4 pin adapter only! The tow package should also have had a cooler, 7 pin adapter, as well as an emergency kit. For is unwilling to assist and basically said anything done by the dealership to the car is not covered by their warranty nor will they get involved in trying to resolve the issue. Very dissapointed in Ford as a company as well. More

Purchased a Saturn Vue here and was informed that a few minor inssues air up the spare and fix the license plate light) could be fixed the next day. Wehn I showed up the next day after several phone calls becuase they meesed up the trade paper work I was informed that they would be unable to fix the issues becuase it was a used vehicle and a Saturday. After insisting that I not have to come back they agreed to fix the monior issues but managed to cause some sort of electrical issue in the mean time and didn't inform me of the new issue until I inquired after waiting for almost 2 hours. To make the whole situation worse after 3 months of owning the car the transimission went out and beucase it's a sealed transmission it will cost me $4000 for a new transmission without the labor cost of putting it it. I only owe $7000 on the car. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I called to see if they would assist me in anyway with the the cost of the repairs and the guy called me an idiot for purchasing a car with high miles...the car they sold me. Beware of this dealership!! I would avoid purchasing a car here at all costs even if that means having to resort to public transportation. More
