It was okay I had an okay experience. The oil change took a while. The advisor called me instead of looking for me in the waiting area when my car was done. She d I had an okay experience. She did not pay attention to the fact that I had a maintenance package and asked me for payment. That irritated me a bit; mostly because I felt like she wasn’t paying attention to her job that day.
