In this day and age of lackluster service, the wifey and I were thrilled with San Tan Hyundai’s service department, especially Service Advisor Brandon Brundridge! Brandon was friendly, courteous and did not I were thrilled with San Tan Hyundai’s service department, especially Service Advisor Brandon Brundridge! Brandon was friendly, courteous and did not try to upsell us. Brandon took the time to show us their spacious, comfortable waiting room, and pointed out the coffeemaker, snacks and water (rather than just tell us about it). Our oil change and inspection were done in no time, at which point Brandon took us to it and even opened the door (most places just hand you the keys and point to it). Way to go San Tan and Brandon!! Had first service and auto butler done. Nick was great. Took info and then showed me waiting room and amenities. Estimated 3-5 hours for service. 3 1/2 hours Santa Cruz was ready.
