Everyone was very attentive the moment I arrived even though they are going through a renovation and working outside in the 100+ degree weather and working out of mobile trailers. This service department is awful. One of the worst I have ever gone to over the many cars I have owned in my life. It takes an act of God to have them return a call. It takes a good 4 or more weeks to even get an appointment for service. I am continually told they are short handed. I have had my car for 3 years and I eventually stopped going there for service. I now go to Tempe Hyundai. They are very friendly, return my calls the same day and I can get my car serviced within a week! I should have made the change a long time ago! More
They are in the middle of a remodel but arrived to a new designated drop off area. I am currently somewhat disabled due to immobilization of a broken leg. Everyone wanted to help me get around, walked with me to and from the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. Once work was completed, the advisor sat down and explained all the work completed and advised on overall health of my car. More

My service advisor, Brandy Boyer, was very courteous and professional from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left. I had brought it in for the software upgrade and took advantage of the fa professional from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left. I had brought it in for the software upgrade and took advantage of the fact I was already there and asked them to do change the oil since it was already due. At the time of pickup I could see they were extremely busy. Brandy made sure to acknowledge me and brought my car up as soon as he could. I would certainly recommend the dealership and Brandy specifically. More
