Mario and San Tan Hyundai are the best! I just love this place. First, Mario, my service advisor is the best. Knowledgable, timely, he always remembers me...just a really great guy. Next, the lounge is clean, had coffee and fruit while I was waiting, but they also had doughnuts, popcorn, tv, leather chairs, tables, etc. My visit was about 35 minutes for an oil change...my car was washed and ready to go when they were done. Upon delivery we noticed that the vehicle was difficult to keep ce We purchased our 2017 Sonata Limited PHEV from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Upon delivery we noticed that the vehicle was difficult to keep centered in the lane, is constantly wanted to drift one way or the other, wouldn't track straight. We mentioned this condition to our salesman whom went with us for a test drive, he agreed that there was an issue. We brought the vehicle in for it' s first service and to address the steering issue. They performed the 1st service, but did not address the steering issue, nor did they make any notation or written comment on any of our paper work. When asked about why our concern wasn't addressed, we were told that the mechanic drove the vehicle and didn't agree with our assessment. There was no comment or notation of our concerns on any of the paperwork for said test, repairs, etc. Not happy! Second attempt to have steering issue addressed: Made an early Saturday appointment at San Tan Hyundai for a service and to have the steering issue addressed, and another concern regarding headlamp adjustment. Again, no attempt was made to check the vehicles alignment, or cause of the wandering, when I asked them if they had checked the alignment, I was told that a WARRANTY ALIGNMENT would take 6 hours and they didn't have time for that on a Saturday... Oh, and the headlamp concern... I was told that "These are HID headlamps and they're bright, that's why people are always flashing their brights at you. Our last 3 vehicle have had HID headlamps, interesting that we never had people flashing us with those vehicles... My latest visit to San Tan Hyundai: We had to drive out of state for a funeral, so I scheduled the a 7:30 am appointment for a 7500 mile service. Assuming an oil change shouldn't take more than an hour, making sure the service adviser knew that I was waiting and had to be on the road in a reasonable amount of time. At 10:30 I tracked down the adviser and asked when the my car would be finished, because I had to be 400 mile away by 4:00 pm, he then explains that in addition to the service, there was a service action for a software update to our navigation system and there was a problem, and they had to start over, and replace the SD card, etc. It was nearly 11:30 when my vehicle was returned to me, navigation inoperable, nothing but a warning message in place of the map. I paid for the service and hit the road for my now rushed 400 mile drive... So when I get a look at the receipt, I find that there is nothing noting the problems with the software update, or the inoperative navigation system, so now I'm angry and call back to the dealership to ask the service adviser why this is, and I get stuck in a auto-voicemail system that eventually hangs up on me before I can reach him. Upon my third attempt to reach him, I give up and ask for the service manager, and end up having to leave him a message. He returns my call a couple of hours later, apologizes and tells me that he will call me back later with some answers... He did call back with basically more apologies... It's been a week and I'm still waiting to hear back regarding the permanent fix, part, or ??? To be continued... More

Don't let "The Dealer" stigma affect your decision on Cost anymore. I have Always been happy with San Tan Hyundai from the Sales to the Service-Why our family has bought 6 vehicles from them. We would love to try other Brand of cars but it is the Excellent Customer Service All around this dealership that keeps us coming back. More

Mario called and said it was finished and they would send the same nice guy back to pick me and Nancy up. Once back Mario made sure we were happy and no problems to pay the bill. More

Oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. Excellent customer handling and very timely service.
