Oil change turned into a few more items. Went in early morning for an oil change. Inspection showed a few more items to be resolved, and was told it would take 5-6 hours to complete the work, Went in early morning for an oil change. Mario was friendly and gave me the option such of the shuttle, but I had just missed it and it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. It all turned out well, and was a good experience overall. It did, however, require five trips here to get acknowledgement that the switch was indeed malfunctioning, order the replacement switch and install it under warranty....over seven months all together, simply because Hyundai apparently cannot accept an owner's word that something is malfunctioning. Please understand that every employee I dealt with at San Tan was as helpful as possible, but either Hyundai corporate policy or this dealership policy makes it difficult to believe that "Customer Service" is a priority. More
