Service Improvement Needed 1.Made an appointment for squeak in drivers seat. Service adviser said it could take all day to find the cause. I requested transportation home. I li 1.Made an appointment for squeak in drivers seat. Service adviser said it could take all day to find the cause. I requested transportation home. I live outside of the courtesy car range. So, I asked for a vehicle to drive. Was told they don't usually pay for that. 2. I sat for an hour. Service advisor agreed to rent me a car because of time needed to find the squeak. Then I waited for another hour before the rental car company arrived. 3. Following day pickeed up my vehicle. This dealer does not bring your car to you. You are told where to find it and then you are on your own. 4. That night I drove my car from a restaurant and noticed the lighting settings were changed, so, I couldn't see where I was going. Had to find a safe place to pull over and find the proper controls to re-establish automatic lighting. 5. Also discovered that the passenger seat seat belt warning chime no longer works. 6. This review is sales centric. No questions about the service department provided. More

Service Recently took my Sonata in for it's 60,000 mile service. Shawn was great, he took care of everything. I required a ride home and a pick up which they were able to do! I also requested that I have my car back by 4:30 that day if possible. Shawn kept me posted and was able to do just that! Thank You! I have no title I used the Valet service for the first time. After and initial mess up , it went very well and I will use the service again. It was a pleasure I used the Valet service for the first time. After and initial mess up , it went very well and I will use the service again. It was a pleasure not to have to sit at the dealership and wait for the service to be completed on my auto. I used the loaner Genesis to go about my business . My auto was returned to my home at the promised time later that same day. I will continue to use San Tan for service & future auto purchases. More
Courteous, clean, efficient , Ivan Ruiz was my service guy, and he introduced himself on my arrival. He was courteous, gave me an estimate for time and billing amount. He asked me to please wait in the waiting area and help myself to coffee and donuts. My appointment was at 9:15am, and unfortunately there were only two donuts left neither to my liking. The coffee offered was a light roast and the other two containers were marked medium roast, no dark roast.... I asked them not to wash my car, so an hour later my oil change was completed. I got to converse with a friendly face Dave McHone, which I appreciate.... He's a good listener. I would and do suggest to others San Tan Hyundai. More
