First new car in 13 years... So happy! It's taken me this long to buy a new car but the wait was worth it! Being a single mom looking for a car I was super leery of high pressure salesmen, but Bill was kind, very easy going and a straight shooter from the start. This was a big important purchase for me and he worked with me to get what I wanted without making me feel nervous (other than happy nerves!)
