I was able to get the desired car in a very reasonable amount of time. I was somewhat surprised when going to finance that I was not pushed to purchase a lot of other extra options. This has always been my experience when purchasing a car before dealing with Kia. I definitely felt in the way I was treated that those that I dealt with were not only interested in making a deal, but making sure that I walked out a satisfied happy customer. Thank you very much. Your customer service is horrendous. I don't normally take on the extras like One Armor protection but we are in Arizona and I thought it would be worth it and this is my last vehicle. They did not apply the product the all the paint surfaces and they did not treat the leather seats. When I brought this to the service advisors attention he said he would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard back from him or anyone else at Earnhardt Peoria Kia. More
