While on vacation my crv didn't want to start right. Eastcoast looked at it and said it was the battery. I bought one few years ago at Honda in my town. Mike Bindi made the whole experience getting my truck serviced easy and effortless. Even with a small issue of a part not getting installed even though it was paid for, he went above and beyond to call serviced easy and effortless. Even with a small issue of a part not getting installed even though it was paid for, he went above and beyond to call me and inform me of the situation and provided options. This isn’t something I could have easily seen myself so he could have easily not said a word but he did the right thing and called me. I am still waiting on the partial refund and the part but I trust it will be worked out. This dealership is my goto even after I moved 1.5hrs away. I trust them and have always had wonderful service from sales and service every time. More
