No cooperation from floor manager Sales rep Michael Sadri was great. He helped us choose the right car. Floor manager wouldn't budge on price or finance interest rate until we put $20 Sales rep Michael Sadri was great. He helped us choose the right car. Floor manager wouldn't budge on price or finance interest rate until we put $2000 down. When all said and done we were given one key (smart for push button ignition). We being two drivers, needed a second key and was told there may be one up stairs to come back tomorrow (office closed?). No key and and asked the cost of making a second one knowing it was probably expensive. Cy said he would pay the cost over $150. Although the service person helped me get a better price than the Nissan Dealership the total cost was still $229.60. I have not yet received the balance of $79.60 as promised by Cy. Is that too much to ask for my investment to this dealership to make a customer happy! More
