I'm on the phone all day for work, so I needed to communicate via email and text. I worried this would be a problem, but it wasn't at all. Within a few minutes of my inquiry, Jannet Gonzales sent me a video walk thru of the car I was interested in. Not a stock video, a personalized video recorded minutes before just for me! Who provides that level of service? I went to the dealership the next afternoon and Jannet had the car and the paperwork ready to go. I drove it, loved it and signed the papers. The whole process took about an hour. So impressed. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely kind and genuine...it was exactly the experience I was longing for, and I'll definitely be back. More

Some kind of a coolant problem that VW had a couple of years ago) said they would work on lowering, they did to $4500. Finally after 3 1/2 months I called and ask if they had started, answer was no, I ask them if they were still interested in buying my car, still needing repaired, they answer yes. I ran all over town to get title had an appraisal in hand, Mr. Scott shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said he would honor the deal, came back next day and they decided they did not want to do deal. Ask again about repairing car, I am now being told $3200.00, it would be ready in 4 days, it took another week and a half. Brian's reason for not having it ready...He had other cars ahead of mine, really after 3 1/2 months. Told me car was ready they were cleaning it up, went to pick up car and the car was full of leaves under the hood, in trunk and inside of car and bird poo all over outside. Brian in service department is a liar. They did provide me a car to drive butythey said in hopes of me buying one of their vehicles, but since I did not they would not honor buying my car. I was never told that I had to buy a car from them in order for them to buy my car. Again Brian in Service Depart is a habitual liar. Buyer Beware. More

Who said buying a car can’t be fun???? Everything was done in 1 day through a few texts and emails and one phone call. I am so happy with my purchase and this was truly a fun experience. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful. I came from MS to get my car and they gave me recommendations about where to eat and shop. Dani even entered the address of my hotel on the navigation in my car! They know how to serve their customers and are happy to do it! More

Sleezy- Keep Driving Shady sales tactics. When I'm ready to walk away, they're skilled to keep me hooked. I feel like an idiot for dealing with these people. I'm newly Shady sales tactics. They had me there for 5 hours. I'm exhausted and sign a deal that was no deal at all. My gut tells me that was their strategy. % rate was changed and rebates were not included in the contract. I realize it's my responsibility to be careful what I sign, but I feel preyed on. I didn't get home until 9pm. I talked to Rusty Wallace VW at 9am the next morning to let them know I'll be in that night to return the car and get my trade in back, thinking I had 3 days to do so. As it turns out, that is a legal myth. Unless the seller agrees to take it back, the car is mine. When I get there Morris claims he wasn't told what my complaints were, that the deal was done and that's that. I want my car back! I saw him talk to Jeff Wallis, but Manager wasn't willing to come talk to me. Salesman Morris lied to me. Unprofessional Manager Jeff Wallis would not speak with me. And NO ONE asked me what the issue was or what they could do to make it better. This was my mistake. I hope you don't make the same. I will posting this on any social media available to me. Don't get Morris as your sales rep. He's a complete idiot. Car sales and negotiating is not his thing and you can tell. They try to sucker you and when you are ready to walk away, they actually let you because they think they can find someone else they can try to pull a fast one on. These guys are down right nasty, shady sales people. They want to pretend they care about the customer but you are left with an experience that makes you feel anything but that. There are plenty of other dealers in this city. I'd go somewhere else for business. Anywhere but Rusty Wallis VW. More

They change numbers and forge paper work right when you are about to pickup your car hoping that you fall for their lies. I am a long time Volkswagen customer. Had VW in the past and the dealerships I used in the past were amazing but these guys are something else. I was stupid enough to fall for their trap just to get me into their dealership. I went to this place with my step dad to buy a Passat, he has 15 years experience in car sales. They lied from the get go. I contacted their internet online sales person (Morris Tompkins). He gave me an amazing price online and I made sure to ask him for EVERYTHING before I went in. Boy was I wrong. The moment I got in the show room, the lies started. First they stuck me with an additional $2500 that he conveniently failed to mention in the email. I was upset but I finally agreed to it. It took us half of Saturday to negotiate and finally we were in agreement. We signed the paper work. They told us the car will not be available for another three days. They took my trade in and gave me a loaner. I found out later that was something they shouldn't have done. On the day I was suppose to go pickup the car they text me and told me the car is not available and to come the next day. Next day I went in and they took me to the financing room. As soon as I looked at the numbers I knew something was wrong. They had raised everything and the numbers were NOTHING like we had agreed and singed on. The financing started to lie and claimed there was no agreement on number and that ONLY him could tell me what my payment would be. We called the salesman in the office and he acted all dumb and stupid. I told them I am not going to agree on these numbers. I told them we had already agreed on all the numbers. I also told them that I would have NEVER given them my trade in and waited for 4 days if the rates were what they were giving on the day of pickup. I was pissed. I walked out and asked for my car keys (the trade in). They tried to act like they are not interested and were going to let me go but then the xxxx baggery game started. They went in their manager (tower) room and I could tell they realized the deal that Morris had made was not going to make them money so they were trying to figure out how to scam me into paying more. They brought this guy from their management room that tried to change my mind at first, I told them there is no way I am going to pay 1 cents more than what I had agreed on 4 days ego. They claimed that I had given the paper work from my bank and that it had confused them which was pure xx since we didn't have ANY paper work with us when we walked in. Again I asked them to give me my keys so that I could leave with old car. They all went back to their room and started talking again. They kept me for another 30 minutes and kept asking them for my keys but they just ignored me. They came back again and this time they really pissed me off because they were border line telling me that this was ALL our fault and that we were lying. All this to get out of the crappy deal they had made that wasn't going to make them much money so now they were doing their best with xx, lies and cheating to get out of it their agreement. They even forged the paper work that we had singed on the day that we went in for the first time. What my step dad said was interesting. He said that they had put us with an inexperienced sales man who made a deal that wasn't making profits for the dealership. Once I went to pickup the car, they realized they are not going to make any money so they raised all the rates and then claimed there was no paper worked singed and that we are at fault. He couldn't believe the scam they pulled on us. He had never seen it in the places he had worked himself. Do yourself a favor, there are a lot of dealerships around, go somewhere else. More
