I'm incredibly picky, and Rey gladly showed me several different models, and helped explore all the options before settling on the Jetta Hybrid. Wonderful car! Kenneth is very warm and personable and not a "salesy" type person, which I especially appreciate because I find the car buying process to be intimidating. He walked me through the process of comparing features and we were able to agree on a trade-in for my old car and I got a 2013 Golf in the color I wanted. The dealership is having the sunroof I wanted put into the car and it didn't add a huge cost to my overall purchase. I love this family owned dealership and Kenneth helped make me a guaranteed future repeat customer! More

He was extremely rude and seemed irritated at the deal I accepted - he wouldn't even shake my hand to finalize the deal. I felt this was very unprofessional and unnecessary. More
