I found the ability to deal with the sales rep and dealership via the internet on price was a major selling point. Their pricing was extremely competitive. My local VW dealership kept telling me tha dealership via the internet on price was a major selling point. Their pricing was extremely competitive. My local VW dealership kept telling me that the Rusty Wallis dealership would give me a price and when I would go to pick it up there would be a bunch of extra charges. NOT SO! The price I negotiated via the internet was what I paid for & no attempt to "upsell" or anything else was made. Great job! I will recommend this dealer. More

One day my 77 year old mom and I were out shopping and saw this cute silver blue Beetle in your used car lot. Jesse immediatly came out and introduced himself. We were traveling from NY in a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen and the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. I called at 7:00AM on Memorial Day and Richard cheerfully assured me that he could immediately put the car on a lift and diagnose the problem. Greeting me as we drove in at 7:45, he had the car lifted promptly, confirmed the diagnosis, offered expert other diagnostics and a free car wash, fixed the problem and we left the dealership at 8:05 for New York. We traveled 1000 miles on Monday and couldn't have done it without Richard's positive attitude and performance. This young man is an asset to your dealership. Thank you for such a positive experience. We have relatives in Dallas and hope to have the time for service and that car wash at some future time at your dealership. You made an lasting impression. I spent most of yesterday at Rusty Wallis dealership looking to trade my GMC in for a better and more cost efficient vehicle. This was my first experience working with someone other than a GM make or m looking to trade my GMC in for a better and more cost efficient vehicle. This was my first experience working with someone other than a GM make or model and I have to say I will (as long as I live in the DFW area) NEVER purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Rusty Wallis. The level of comfort from professional, friendliness, knowledge and the time spent with me to ensure that I was well taken care, was beyond impeccable. I had just visited another dealership two days prior and walked out because I dealt with 3 different representative who gave me 3 different numbers, stories, etc. I must give a shot out to Al Wagoner, Scott Pittenger, Nikki (your finance person sorry didn't get her last name) and everyone else who made my experience a positive and memorable one.
