One day my 77 year old mom and I were out shopping and saw this cute silver blue Beetle in your used car lot. Jesse immediatly came out and introduced himself. We were traveling from NY in a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen and the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. Greeting me as we drove in at 7:45, he had the car lifted promptly, confirmed the diagnosis, offered expert other diagnostics and a free car wash, fixed the problem and we left the dealership at 8:05 for New York. We traveled 1000 miles on Monday and couldn't have done it without Richard's positive attitude and performance. This young man is an asset to your dealership. I spent most of yesterday at Rusty Wallis dealership looking to trade my GMC in for a better and more cost efficient vehicle. This was my first experience working with someone other than a GM make or model and I have to say I will (as long as I live in the DFW area) NEVER purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Rusty Wallis. The level of comfort from professional, friendliness, knowledge and the time spent with me to ensure that I was well taken care, was beyond impeccable.
