I was just looking at cars for my daughter's birthday plus college graduation gift. Al Wagner approched us with a smile and offered to show us a few cars we were interested in. We emailed back and forth (by my request, hard to talk on the phone at work) at least a dozen times. Before I knew it, he had the correct car, correct color and things were well under way.
