i went in to purchase a new car and i met Nikki. my past experience with dealerships is not good. i had sworn off of going to another one. Nikki came out to where my son i was and she was very friendly an experience with dealerships is not good. i had sworn off of going to another one. Nikki came out to where my son i was and she was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. the process of agreeing to a price was fairly simple. after a little dickering, which i totally expected it was decided that i could not get into a new car. Nikki had no control over it, but it was the finance company. so she advised that with me being upside down in my current car, they could only get me into a used one. that was disappointing but not something that was a deal breaker. i ended up with a certified 2008 Jetta. they worked out a very good price on it so i would not be upside down on it like i was on my trade in. i had to take it in just last week for a warning light and when i called the service dept they said to bring it in and they would look at it. they felt it just needed o be reset but they wanted to make sure. when i took it in, that is what it turned out to be. the gentlemen were very kind and explained what had caused it and reassured me that everything was ok with the car. if in the future i decide to trade my car off for newer Volkswagon, i will difinately go back to Rusty Wallis. More
