Good Afternoon Caroline, I am concerned that you feel this way, our goal here is to make certain that our customers are well imformed on pricing...this practice often avoids problems such as this. I have spoken with Javier and Jason about your visit as well as looked over the hang tag which was on the car when you came in and these are my observasions: The pricing offered on the tage states"5495.00 off list price", now this implies that the list price is shown somewhere on the car...which it was not. This, I believe was our error and I have asked that the correction be made. I also think that since the car did have a price of 25995.00 tagged at the top right hand corner then any reasonable person would assume that this is in fact the discounted price....... as the green tag was a discount tag. We always strive to be as transparent as possible, and when we fail to accomplish this goal we appreciate the chance to make things right. Now I know that we were unable to accomplish the pricing you wanted but is there anything that I could do to make you reconsider this review?
