John Rad was my sales rep. It took me at least a month to walk through your doors. I went through I am going, I am not going,I am not going. This went on a lot. Fastest car buying process ever! I did my research online, visited 3 dealerships and came in knowing what I should be able to purchase a fairly loaded Suburban for. I told the salesm I did my research online, visited 3 dealerships and came in knowing what I should be able to purchase a fairly loaded Suburban for. I told the salesman Gary that communication was very important to me and he would lose my sale if he didn't believe me. He must have believed me bc he called me back pretty quickly after our first meeting and told me he found a car that met my specifications! Believe it or not, salesman at the first 2 dealerships I visited never called me back! Stupid! Gary sent me an email summary of the car, including the msrp and I went in and put a down payment in after seeing the car. I came back the next day and in less than 90 minutes I was driving the car home! Didn't have to sit down with the manager, didn't have to sit down with the finance guy, didn't have to sit down with the second set of salemen who try to sell you window etching or any of that crap. Just signed a few papers, got the keys, had a 30 min tutorial on the functions of the car (more like a spaceship with all these bells and whistles) and drove away!
