From the moment that I walked in, John O'Donnell was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman, which I liked. We immediately agreed to a deal on a 2014 Traverse. John was heading out to vacation when it was time to pick up the car, which worried me, but he had me covered. He filled Ken Hartung in on what was going on and Ken took it from there. The day I came in to pick up the car, Ken was ready. We completed some paperwork, he contacted my insurance company since I was transferring my plates, and then he took my wife and I out to see the car. He was very patient while showing us how the car worked. He spent plenty of time and saw to it that we were comfortable with our purchase. Additionally Paul Conte provides $7 oil changes and free inspections for its customers. When John returned from vacation, he followed up with me to make sure that all went well. I could not be happier. I will certainly be going back to Paul Conte Chevrolet when it is time to purchase another vehicle. More
