To start I worked for a car dealership in the past and know more than I want to about the car business. On line found a vehicle I liked and it was at Paul Conti. In the past I refused to purchase at a dealership but it wouldn't hurt to look. Immediately the atmosphere was different than what I was use to, low key no pressure. Everything was to the point no games. Our sales person was Mike he was friendly and knowledgeable. The first vehicle we looked at was a great car, great price but my son who is 6'5" didn't fit it. Without hesitation Mike found us three other vehicles to try out even in the pouring rain. To make this short in a few hours we drove out with a new used Toyota. Stu who helped with the financing was like Mike knowledgeable and friendly. They both went out of there way to get the best deal for us. Wow am I in a dealership, yes Paul Conti! I would like to note that it wasn't only Mike and Stu but all the personnel smiled spoke to us and truly seemed to like working there. That says a lot for the owner's and managers of Paul Conti. They must be doing something right if their employee's are happy! Plus this was a saturday evening the time when most want to run out and start their weekend. I have to say there was not a one thing that I can say negative about our experience purchasing a used vehicle at Paul Conti. I would definitely recommend Paul Conti to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. When I need a new car I will not hesitate to go back and will also try out their service department. More
